You can try applying grated cucumber over the acne or pimples for fifteen to twenty minutes and then washing with warm water. Its regular use prevents pimples and blackheads. Some things you could try is putting hydrogen proxide on it..I've tried it before and noticed that it helps to dry them out and eventually they dissappear without a scar. Another thing you could try is just by holding a HOT rag on the area for a couple minutes, which helps to drain it out.
