shes right they do backs...if they dont have esthetics the cosmo department teaches facials too...they can do it..as for scars fade cream with at least a 2% hydroquinone...stronger requires a script from a dr. and natures cure helps since heredity and hormones are the reasons for acne..eat all the pizza and chocolate you want...think im kidding..mylady standard edition for esthics, a good body wash can keep you clear of acne too....benzyl peroxide body wash is ok i prefer neutrgena tho.
scars will only go away with time or with a painful and rather expensive procedure known as dermabrasion. try seeing a dermatologist. ask about Tazorac, BenzaClin (creams) and Doxycycline (pills). I'm using them now and they are working really well.
