It can cause scarring but not very often. It's better to just avoid getting them in the first place.





Avoid eating white bread (go with wholemeal or wholegrain) and other refined, high carb foods. Most of the processed breakfast cereals will cause acne. Go with one that has undergone very little processing such as muesli.

oh yeah.... lol i have a couple of them underneath my chin. i think it's because i kept doing it over and over again. so don't mess with them too much. just get a mask or a good facial cleanser!

No, I do it all the time, when I was young, I popped all my zits and then poured on oxymoin and and I have no scares. When I pop blacked now they never appear again

Actually, when they're just a black head, it's ok if you do it carefully. However when they blossom into a big fat old greasy oily white head pimple, and then you squeeze them, and they pop with traces of blood, that's when the scars come. And yes, they are very bad.
as long as u dont pinch it REALLY hard. ur gd.


i know that its best not to touch ur face when u put treatment on it or when it has blckheads or pimples because if ur hands r dirty, its easy to get more blackheads.


just use the blackheads(pore)cleaner thing u stick on ur nose. and u peal it off. it really helps for me. =]

YES! believe me i did it for so long and whats even worse than the blackheads is the scars it leaves





use hot waater on a washcloth compressed on them and hopefully theyll come out easier that way
In my experience the answer is ';yes';. Pinching your facial skin, which is extremely sensitive, can damage the folicle in a manner cannot be healed. I find that a better technique is to wait until the blackhead / zit comes to a head, and then use tweezers to pull it out from its very tip. Or, use a washcloth with hot water to put it on the surface of the skin and ';steam'; the blackhead or zit out. And finally, using something like the pore strips from Biore is a safer way.
