For minor scarring and pigmentation, a series of chemical peels tends to have great results (though it varies depending on skin type, severity of scarring, etc.).

Microdermabrasion can be too harsh and usually useless for younger skin, since young skin already has a high cell turn-over rate and most skin clinics won't perform it on younger people due to this. However, it isn't completely out of the question.

Laser resurfacing can work as well, but for the best of idea of what to get try going to a skin clinic or dermatologist, as they can look at your skin and tell you what method will work the best. It's hard to say what would work best without actually knowing exactly what your skin is like, so seeing a professional will give you a better idea of what will work or not. What's the best method for removing minor acne and blackhead scars?
There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
Hey!! the best way to get rid of em' is ( and this sounds really weird) to do a sugar scrub!!! Here I'll give you the ingridents(spelled that wrong).....ok so 1/4 cup of brown sugar mixed with 3 tbl spoons of milk.....mix it until a liquidy paste and then scrub face gently for one minute with it than wash it off with warm water and then use your regular face soap.......the key of the mixture is to open up your pours before you wash your face!!! I hope this works for you!! best wishes,

Britney
another at home scrub: add baking soda to gentle facial cleanser. Most important thing is to moisturize. Lasers and peals dont do enough- are very expensive- and tend to be temporary....
